PROJECTS - 2007 ALL SAINTS CAMP CLEAN-UP

Camp Clean-up Main

On March 10, 2007, Brothers from across the Diocese gathered at All Saints Camp & Conference Center for a spring clean-up event. Several of the Brothers gathered Friday evening for a period of fellowship, while many arrived Saturday for the actual work day.

The parishes represented included:

• Epiphany - Richardson

• Holy Cross - Paris

• St. John's - Dallas

• St. John's - Pottsboro

Fr. Bill Irons and the camp staff  led the activities as well as providing dinner on Friday night, breakfast Saturday morning and lunch at noon.

On Saturday, the Lord blessed us with perfect weather: cool, dry, clear and sunny. The day's activities began with a briefing and forming two groups. Fr. Bill indicated all the materials were available, however, they were in the form of one of the original cabins. One group "de-constructed" a cabin for materials while the other constructed the base for the new storage building. The following photos tell the story.
