SAMPLE AGENDA

Open the meeting using prayers from BStA handbook - 5 minutes

STUDY of spiritually related material - 45 minutes

• Rotate assignment to present material for each meeting enabling all to participate

• Each member to study lessons before the meeting, and be able to discuss

• Encourage each person to be involved in discussion

Up-date PRAYER List (confidential) - 10 minutes

• Keep comments brief re additions/deletions

• Encourage use of prayer list in member devotionals

• Remove entries after a reasonable time

“Voluntary” testimonials as to how God is moving in their lives (only if someone has something worthwhile to report) - 7 minutes

Status reports on SERVICE projects or special events, plus any special announcements - 5 minutes

• Make sure planning details are done in separate meeting by persons responsible for planning the event

• Report on progress only
